Pot hole at driveway road interface

Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 18:25, Friday 30 September 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I reported this on line but was told to use this method please see below my original message Your message The entrance to my driveway across the verge has a small strip of tarmac along the concrete curb and then gravel up to my gate way. With heavy rain the wash off from the highway has degraded the gravel base and floods the area adjacent to the tarmac strip. This has created a pothole which is now undermining the tarmac causing it to breakdown and increase the size of the hole. I had made enquiries with my local builder about improving the drive entrance however he cannot carry out this work as it is enters the main A420 highway. Can you please help/advise. This is not the entrance to Southdown Farm (Webbs Wood) but the next entrance towards Faringdon. (what 3 words -///decent.mountains.swanky) Regards Thomas Davies I note all the adjacent entrances are tarmac up to their gates.
