Persistent Speeding in both directions

Reported via desktop anonymously at 11:57, Friday 30 September 2022

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This road is situated in a residential area with a speed limit of thirty miles an hour. It is a long wide road with limited road markings to slow traffic down. There are shops and a school along this road, and at times it can be busy, especially in the mornings and evenings around the rush hour periods. Cars persistently drive fast up and down this road, breaking the speed limit. At night, the road is like a racetrack. Late at night cars often drive more than sixty miles an hour. It can be dangerous to cross the road whilst I am walking the dog. Please put traffic calming measures along this road before someone gets killed.
