Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Dotted line road markings are required where Kelly's Rd adjoins Keydale Rd. Kelly's Rd drivers drive at speed into Keydale Rd without checking both ways. Dotted lines would remind them to show caution when pulling onto Keydale Rd.
