People's shrubs and trees blocking alleyway and light in alleyway

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Shrubs and trees from a private property are blocking the footpath/alleyway between Beech close and Maple Road and the trees don't allow light to come down the alleyway at night, making it dangerous. It's been like this for several years.
