Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

New "Elephants Feet" lines have been painted at this junction. The aim is to alert drives to the possibility of cyclists. Most accidets are caused by left turning drivers cutting across cyclists. So it is at the start of the junction they are most important. The elephants feet painted should go across the full width of the junction, but these only cross the 2nd half of the junction. TheCounty has adopted a "Vision Zero" approach to road safety, this approach definately has not been taken on this occasion.
