Hedging / Ivy hanging over pavement

Reported via iOS in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 11:53, Monday 26 September 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This hedging / Ivy growth requires cutting back again so it meets the 2.3m clearance height requirements for alongside/above pavements to prevent overhanging growth from being face height. The origins of the hedging is on SOHA owned & maintained land. It is not to do with the owners of the private residential property The Folly.
