Large hole in pavement on cut through

Reported via mobile in the Pothole category anonymously at 12:58, Fri 23 September 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This hole in the paved footpath has been present and gotten bigger for over a year. I have fallen down it twice. This time I almost broke my ankle, I have a severe sprain as a result of it.

The hole is in the footpath cut through from Sanderling walk to kingfisher drive in Banbury. It's a main school route for families heading towards St John's primary, the grange primary and Chasewell Playgroup. So children could easily get hurt if they weren't looking where they were going.

  • NOW URGENT - This is a very dangerous hole and is right in the middle of the pathway. Somebody is going to seriously hurt themselves (which I think happened to a parent on school walk home on Friday 23rd September), which I saw as I pulled up on my driveway.
