Light cable dug up

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

A company (I&G I think) are working in the area replacing the gas main. Whilst working outside 13 South Avenue they dug through a cable which they thought run to the property but it actually runs to the street light. The company have closed works in that location and the street light is not working anymore. I am not sure what the status of the cable is (live or not) and would like the street light to work again.
