Cyclists on pedestrian almost killing people

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I came out of my complex first thing this morning heading onto the Old Road cycle/pedestrian path, only to be almost killed by some cyclist on the pedestrian section not watching where he is going.
