The traffic lights at the north end of Ham Road in Wantage are stuck on red and causing chaos. This is not the first time it has happened and it is not acceptable for the community. Also, It's impossible to report this by phone. Finding the right number is difficult and then you are kept waiting so long you have to hang up and get on with your work.
