Telecoms trench in road poorly repaired

A trench has been dug across the road to accommodate telecoms cables. The trench has been filled in. However the repair is of very poor quality. The surface is quite loose and it is not to the same level as the surrounding road. The resulting edge to the tarmac is likely to disintegrate very quickly in winter weather. A further repair will be required in only a few months unless it is done properly now. I believe the trench was created by Airband (105 Pointon Way, Stonebridge Cross, Droitwich, Worcestershire, WR9 0LW). My view is that they should have repaired the work correctly and further repairs should be carried out at their cost not Oxfordshire CC / Council Tax payers.
