Loose manholes, drain covers between Burrows Hill and Wingfield Close

I have reported this before but it seems to have disappeared from your list. There are 3 cottages right on the road on this section of The Street, who are subjected to the banging of loose manholes and drain covers day and night. I work from home, I have 2 dogs, and we are all regularly disturbed and woken by the thudding it causes when driven over. It is truly horrendous. We only moved here in May and it is not pleasant due to the horrific noise they all make. It is not just one, it's a combination of most of them. Someone in a council vehicle did come out and had a look but that was months ago when I first reported it and nothing is being done. Please can someone look into this and let me know when they will be fixed. Please.
