Continuation of 3762415 - noticeboard.

Reported via desktop anonymously at 15:06, Thursday 15 September 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council 5 minutes later

YOU SAID: Good morning, I have attended site today ,and will check with Oxfordshire County Council land and highways records department that the proposed board will be sited on public highway. Please would you kindly confirm the measurements of the proposed new notice board ,as I will need to establish with the planning team whether a licence would be needed.I look forward

I SAY - please see photos (and case notes). This request has been approved in principle but is ity possible to site the new noticeboard right of the old Parish Council one (next to the litter bin) and position the new church one to the right of the Wood Lane street name and the mirror (on photo 2). We can then get a more prominent board facing the junction, and away from a litter bin. Size would be 1.4m x 1m erected on two posts and probably have some display space. We would undertake to keep the area around the board tidy, as we indeed look after the Well with pride of appearance.
