Brambles growing over footpath

Brambles are growing over the path, some at eye level. Given the path is along a main road as I found this morning could easily become a dangerous situation.

Moreover, most of the path from stadhampton to Chiselhampton has weeds, dirt, spreading from the non- road side making in some places only 50% useable
