Large Pothole outside Number 1, Gravel Walk in Faringdon

Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 11:58, Friday 9 September 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This pothole has been reported several times through various channels, going back more than a year. The photos don't really do it justice - every time a large vehicle passes over it, the whole house shakes, which is not only unpleasant for residents, but will certainly cause damage to the house in the longer term. It is outside number 1, Gravel Walk in Faringdon, on the left going towards Lechlade, but close to the middle of the road. It is continuing to grow, and now straddles both sides of the road. It is probably around 6-8 feet long and 4-5 feet wide. I would stress urgency, as many times a day when large vehicles pass over it, the whole house shakes, which will most likely cause damage in the longer term.
