No street lights on way to Oxford Retail Park

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

None of street lights working on Ambassador Avenue for years, reported few times via FixMyStreet with always the same answer - it is not maintained by Oxfordshire County Council as is private land and OCC Street Light Team do not keep records to land owners. Please, can be this situation improved?
