Visibility when driving out of The Warren and turning right

Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 15:09, Monday 5 September 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Cars are regularly parking right up to the junction. The Highway Code says this should not happen. The visibility is made more difficult as the owner of the first house on the right in The Warren has not cut back hedging Grundy Close off Radley Rd has white lines preventing parking up to that junction. This surely should be the same for The Warren? Also could the house owner be asked to cut back hedges? An inspection midweek should make it clear what is the cause of my concern. THis situation has been the case for some considerable time. M. Tubb (Mr)
