Street Lights not Working and Pavement Surface Extremely Dangerous

Since the developers of The Stanmore Crescent development left this light has been like this, it is not working the pavement around it is extremely dangerous and no works have happened for over 6 months. This needs sorting as soon as possible before there is an accident.
