The wall has been repaired and rubble has been left as a trip hazard. Bushes and brambles growing out of the wall causing blind people and cyclists to trip and fall. This has been ongoing for several years. The foliage needs to be removed permanently. Children walk on the road to avoid the brambles etc on way to and fro school round the corner.

Please note. No section of this wall is owned by Vale of White Horse District Council and this Council has carried out no repairs to it. The wall is owned by the properties in Foster Road that are bounded by it.
The foliage that is growing on the footpath is a matter for the owner of that section of footpath. I suspect this is Oxfordshire County Council.
