Manhole-Cover Installed Incorrectly

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Following recent resurfacing, a manhole cover has not be correctly installed and 'clangs' every time a vehicle goes over it. Having watched it move, it will either buckle with a heavy load, and/or be ejected with appropriate force.
