Large plant on corner of Palmer Road and Park Road is overhanging onto footpath and prevents its full use - with pedestrians now having to walk along the road to avoid buddleia bush.

BUddleia needs to be cut back. Currently forces pedestrians to walk near the road edge. Park Road is has high traffic volumes
