Bollard knocked out

Reported via iOS in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 12:22, Wednesday 31 August 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The council-owned wooden post outside our house, 14 Trinity Road, has today been knocked out (again) by a passing lorry. It has been knocked out twice in the last couple of years and retarmacked it, but the post base is now totally ROTTEN so these repairs have not lasted. Please could you replace it with a new post, ideally a METAL bollard, to be stronger and longer-lasting? The bollard is vital to protect both our house and an electrical utilities box from impact from passing traffic. I'd therefore be grateful if it could be replaced AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Thank you for your help.
