Poorly back-filled trenches, right across road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There are two back-filled trenches that run right across the road that have been poorly filled in. They have been left as sharp edged gullies that run right across the road--seriously dangerous for bicycles. Thank you.
