Only streetlight on The Byeway in Grimsbury not coming on at all

The only streetlight in The Byeway, number 1 does not come on and has reportedly been out of action for a while. Please investigate urgently as this is the only street light and the whole cul de sac is very dark and dangerous for pedestrians.
