Overgrown Footpath preventing wheelchair access

A disabled resident of Church Cottages cannot access the bus stop outside Tubney Church because of overgrown pavement. Where it is wider, there is only just sufficient room to pass with one wheel on the curb next to very busy fast moving traffic. This is effectively discriminating against the resident who cannot access public transport to attend appointments in Oxford.
