Light directly over back of house

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This light is so bright it shows directly into the back bedroom and garden. Thought new lights were brighter but didn''t have the glare, so can this be replaced please? We are fed up with the few evenings we can sit in the garden and having this blinding light in our faces!
