No 'No Cycling' sign here

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

If entering the alleyway from Green Road there is a clear but often ignored 'No Cycling' sign. But at the point marked there is no sign. If all entrances to this alley way are not signed I have no leg to stand on when politely asking people to not cycle this narrow shortcut.
