Keep left sign on bollard separating carriageways on side road off A40 has been reversed, leaving potential for traffic exiting main road Westbound from traffic lights at higher speeds, to be in direct conflict with legitimate traffic going in the opposite direction from the minor road.

While stationary at said lights Eastbound 2 vehicles went the wrong side but as indicated by the sign, although there was no other traffic involved.

Photo attached, but the situation is clearly shown on Google Street View in May 2022 is not new but only a matter of time before crash or injury occurs
