This road was a remote road but after all the constructions completed it is not safe to walk on the road specially with children or disable people.

    RE: Our file ref 268.34 - The Spinney, Oxford Road, Kingston Bagpuize

    Kingerlee Homes do not have a requirement to install a footway in this location. The approved planning layout shows the footway to terminate at Morris Drive, which is the Bloor Homes access.

    Road Agreements Team responsibility is to technically check and facilitate what has been approved at planning, therefore we suggest you contact the Planning Team at the Vale of White Horse District Council and ask them to explain the rationale behind what was approved/agreed at planning.
