A large hedge on one side of the entrance to Vintner Road blocking sight lines

Reported via desktop in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 22:40, Thursday 25 August 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

A hedge on one side of Vintner Road is obscuring the view of the road ahead and likely to lead to a careless driver hitting a pedestrian or cyclist at the priority side street crossing. The other side of the entrance looks like it has been designed to give good sight lines, so maybe the hedge side was either added afterwards, or was intended to be knee/waist height but has since grown well above eye level. Can the hedge be cut back to give the same visibility as the other side of the road please?
