Large notice left from quick ways work Princes St

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

A large notice has been left at the bottom of Princes St which tells motorists that the bollard at the top will be removed for access at certain times .This is causing chaos as motorist are assuming that they can still get through to Cowley Rd. This work has been completed but the notice still remains . Please could this be removed but please leave the Road Closed Ahead Notice . Many Thanks .
