Traffic activated sign broken

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Traffic activated sign just past the Bus shelter, near Chequers pub is broken. Tells people when they are going too fast, wondered if it could be replaced with the green face and red face speed awareness sign. warning for approaching bends also nearby
