Inadequate diversions and unsecure site

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There are no diversion signs for cyclists or pedestrians. Littlemore is effectively cut off without any notices or work arounds and the site is unsecure as people are swimming in the underpass - see Oxford Mail 24 / 8 / 2022. Urgent action needed.
