Missing manhole

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There has been an open drain/missing manhole next to the public path for nearly 3 weeks now. It has not been clearly marked or exclusion tape placed. It is only a matter of time before someone falls down the hole! Young children play in the street.
