No way to access Priory Road and Locks Lane

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The Thames Water emergency works have meant no vehicular access to Priory Road and Locks Lane.TW suggest driving down the one way street the wrong way from Ickleton Road, negotiating blind bend with no traffic management personnel in place!!
