Street light beaming through bedroom window despite efforts to block. Impacting sleep

Hi there we have a street light right infront of our bedroom window. The light is so bright that despite us using black out blinds with side panels the light still beams through. It is making it hard to enjoy living here and disrupts our sleep. The light is so bright, I ask that something can be done to try and detract the light from shining directly into our bedroom or to move the street light to a position that is not right in-front of anyone's home.
