No street light in the parking area

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

I am not entirely sure who I should put this query to. As pinned on the map, this is a plot of allocated parking space for 3 properties. However, there is no street light towards this end of the area making it very dark at night therefore it is a safety concern. As per the area plot map there should have been a street light near 18/20 greenwood close but there is none.
