Footpaths left in a terrible and uneven state after works.

Some weeks ago contractors working for BT I think dug up our entire footpath to lay fibre cables just weeks after being re surfaced at presumably some high cost to the council. The problem is these pavements have been left in a terrible state, uneven, cracked, filthy. Location is Barbury Drive, Grove, OX12 0NA but also most other footpaths in the area but Barbury Drive seems particularly bad. The footpath outside my house has been left cracked which is very annoying as I have just paid a lot of money to have dropped kerbs put in and the footpath re surfaced. I think this needs at least examining by yourselves and getting the contractors back in to repair and re surface correctly. Work was done approx early July and I know at least one other person has reported this but nothing seems to have happened.
