  • Our tree surveyor has visited and established the trees are not owned/maintained by city council - they seem to be privately owned.

  • I have visited site and made an assessment of the overhanging trees. The trees in question are on private land not maintainable at public expense. I have been in contact directly with the landowner and in the first instance I will be advising them of their responsibility to not obstruct the Highway. Thank you for your enquiry.

    State changed to: Investigation complete
