Wide Cracks in path and ramp

The cracks in the path are getting wider and is directly outside my house. I am beginning to worry about the impact on the structure of mine and neighbours houses as they keep appearing everywhere on this path. The ramp has now cracked within the last week.

    New structures and new builds are prone to 'settling cracks'

    as for the footpath this unfortunately isnt adopted to the highways yet as its a new development.
