Parking opposite/side on to turning into Napier Court, obstructing view of drivers entering/leaving Napier Court. Cars parked on both sides of the road. This is a very fast road and you have to edge out of Napier court blind because of the parking each side & opposite. Needs double yellow lines for everyone's safety.
Thank you for your enquiry. This issue has been passed onto the relevant team for investigation.

Thank you for your report. The installation of formal waiting restrictions (double yellow lines) requires the implementation of a 'Traffic Regulation Order', this involves a long and expensive legal process including full consultation, i regret that Oxford shire County Council could not fund such a scheme at this time. Vehicles parking in either a dangerous position or in such a manner as to cause an obstruction of the public highway are commingling an offence under Section 22 of the Road Traffic Act 1988, this legislation is enforced by Thames Valley Police.
