Overhanging trees to 53 Fairfax Gate property

The trees on the A40 embankment are overhanging the property killing off an expanse of garden. They are also leaning onto the fence panels causing them to bow and poking a hole through the shed roof. Its also a worry during storms if they fall into the garden as they are leaning this way as I stated onto the existing panels.

  • I have visited the location and assessed the trees. I have instructed our contractors to carry out works to the trees described in the enquiry. These works will be undertaken in the coming weeks.
