Thames water working on leak

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later

One side of road is closed Traffic ignoring the closure sign and heading on to roundabout on the opposite side of road

Many bear missed with traffic entering Oxford road from roundabout Work man almost hit

If road is not closed in total there will be a significant accident

Road needs to be closed urgently
