Drain cover missing aprox 10 -10

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Have reported this about 3 weeks ago and then 13th August included a photo. Danger to public and people. Drain cover missing approx 10 - 10 it needs fixing just a cover put over. I am 69 years of age and this a danger to public. The drain is by side of 192 Burwell Meadow. I am at 190 Burwell Meadow OX28 5JJ . Please can you come and put a cover over this hole.
