Reported via Android in the Trees category by Barry Dawson at 07:58, Tue 16 August 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Can the trees on Harcourt Green be trimmed back as branches are getting very close to the cars there are some broken branches stuck in the tree which could fall and damage the cars or even on the children that play on the ground a lorry couldn't get around the Green last week due to the low branches If some one like to get intouch with me to discuss then please do Barry 07917664250

  • Thank you for your enquiry. I have visited the location and assessed the trees. The trees are on land not deemed to be part of the highway maintainable at public expense and therefore, Oxfordshire County Council do not have responsibility for the trees as local highway authority. I believe the tree may be the responsibility of the Vale of White Horse District Council and therefore you should contact them directly to pursue this enquiry further.

    State changed to: Investigation complete
