Whoever we have any significant rainfall the water runs directly off the road down out drive. Last year we nearly flooded on 5 different occasions.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later
The “hump” between our drive and the road which is part of the verge has sunk so the water runs directly from the road into our garden. We the hump was raised a few inches it would prevent the water running down the drive and flooding our house.
Council ref: ENQ22931695

Can I please have an update? I first reported this over 3 months and the problem has not been resolved.
Contractors came out to inspect the drains and unblock if necessary, but they established that it was surface water causing the problem and not the drains. They said they would report to their supervisors and somebody else would come out.

Can you please provide an update on this. You have had contractors patching the road but they were not aware of this issue?! This seems like madness as they could have fixed the issue whilst they were here!
It’s coming up to 4 months since we first reported this and the issue has not been dealt with. If we flood again as a result of this we will be pursuing the council for any repair costs.
I would be grateful if you could update us?
