Manhole cover clanking when vehicle drives over it.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The manhole outside number 16 Highworth Road was installed in October 2021 by Avtar construction acting for Bewley Homes to create a foul drainage system for their new estate on Highworth Road. The installation was botched and the manhole cover has been clanking ever since. A complaint was made to Avtar in February 2022, a repair was attempted which lasted for a few weeks but then failed. In March another request was made to Avtar but they have not replied.
