Plastic fly away rubbish

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is a large amount of long lengths of fly away clear plastic along the central reservation on the A40 Witney bypass, as well as a great deal of litter on the grass verges all along this stretch. Some glass is present too and this is a fire hazard in the current dry conditions. This plastic waste and other litter needs urgent removal as it is a hazard.
