Traffic lights out of sync

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Prioritise traffic coming out of the car park but I have sat at these lights on the main road for 4 mins with nothing leaving the car park and lights fail to change. Seems to be worse Fridays and Saturdays but this results in the traffic building up along st John's Street and then on to the Buckingham Road!
