Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I work for Cottsway Housing Association and our tenant at number 26 Bowling Green Close reports that there are cracks outside his property and along the road. The cracks are reportedly an inch wide in places. He says they are a trip hazard and one of his neighbours has fallen as she caught her heel on a crack.
